OFFERING SECURE TELEHEALTH VISITS
Services offered for Oregon, Maryland, DC, Vermont, and Washington state. * The title for naturopaths in Maryland is naturopathic doctor and we are not to use the word physician and will not be PCPs in MD or DC. Any articles, interviews, external sites, old post that use the term naturopathic physician is stemming from the licensure started in the state of Oregon 2015-current, and Washington state, Washington DC and Vermont in which we can use the title Naturopathic Physician.

The time of your appointment is set aside for you and the day scheduled around the appointments for in person, telemedicine, and house calls. No shows and late cancellations or rescheduling takes away space from paid clients and from Dr. Brown-Echerd's general availability.
We will be implementing that filled intake forms and other documents be returned at least 72 business hours before appointment.
Appointments set though the EHR are requests and information will be gathered to confirm location in most cases. You will see a note from the EHR when the appointment request is approved and/or an email or phone call to follow up.
For out of network plans:
Appointment 1: *Billing codes can be shared with you so that you can directly ask your insurance company what the maximum out of pocket cost will be for the appointment type i.e. time or service, 1st appointment or follow up, etc.
If you have insurance and I have a contract with them the price for deductible or fee if they do not pay has a maximum of approximately $172-200 out of pocket cost lower than the amount listed below.
$135-$477 30- 60 min (including non face to face time up to 10 hrs per patient for lab orders, treatment plans, charting, phone calls on your behalf for clarification, past lab result review, past chart review, drug-herb interaction search and other research. If you have a plan that I am in network with - there will likely be an in-network discount rate- amount provided by the insurance after claim/bill is sent in. Please inquire for estimates.
Insurance accepted, in-network and out-of-network billing available, in Oregon, Washington. Vermont, DC, and/or Maryland - HSA and FSA usage possible, super-billing for your insurance and time of visit discount for cash/card pay.
$30 for 15 - 20 minute - non-medical - consult (meet and greet), make your appointment today.
