I accept insurance - but will the insurance company pay me. As an in-network and out - of network provider with insurance, out of pocket fees will be estimated before appointments - for balance or patient responsibility based in insurance provider statements after claim is sent - a bill may be issued to you after the appointment. Please note that I try to check all possibilities in multiple places on line and via phone with your insurance when checking the out of pocket patient responsibility and insurance companies have been denying claims to my office at an alarming rate in situations of standard medical care that had been covered the majority of the time prior to fall 2024.
